Walmart is partnering with the pop-up marketplace Popable to offer short-term leases to small businesses for shop-in-shop locations at participating stores. The retailer will list the available space on the platform, and the SMBs will be able to apply specialty leasing to be paired with a local store, according to a press release. In recent months, we’ve seen retailers like Nike, JC Penney and Walmart partner with Popable to provide their fans with new ways to purchase their goods. These retail experiences offer an innovative way to engage with customers, boost sales and create a positive reputation for the company.
